Position Overview

We are seeking a Project Manager with commercial construction experience to oversee electrical projects from start to finish. Electrical experience is a strong plus, but we’re equally interested in solid project leadership, organization, and the ability to keep projects on track, on budget, and running smoothly.

This is a local position with occasional travel

Key Responsibilities

• Manage commercial electrical projects from pre-construction through closeout

• Coordinate schedules, materials, manpower, and subcontractors

• Work closely with field supervisors, electricians, and vendors

• Review drawings, specs, change orders, and project documentation

• Track project budgets, costs, and progress

• Communicate clearly with clients, inspectors, and internal teams

• Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to code

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Project Management experience in construction

• Commercial electrical experience strongly preferred

• Ability to read and understand electrical drawings and specifications

• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills

• Comfortable working with field teams and office staff

• Certifications (PMP, electrical-related, etc.) are a plus but not required
