Our multifamily roofing division is growing, and we are seeking a dedicated Roofing Project Manager to lead on-site operations and support project success.

    Position Summary

    The Roofing Project Manager plays a critical, hands-on leadership role in the execution of large-scale shingle roofing projects within the multifamily division. This position is responsible for managing multiple roofing crews, maintaining quality control, and ensuring each project progresses according to schedule and scope. At Lemus Construction, our Project Managers lead by example—they are the first to arrive and the last to leave the job site each day, ensuring every detail is addressed and no task goes unnoticed.

    This role will oversee multifamily roofing jobs with average budgets ranging from $500k up to $5 million+, requiring exceptional planning, coordination, and communication skills. The ideal candidate brings a balance of technical roofing knowledge, crew management expertise, and professionalism to keep complex projects running efficiently and meeting the high standards expected by our clients.

    Key Responsibilities

    Project Oversight & Crew Supervision

    Manage multiple roofing crews on-site during project execution

    Coordinate crew assignments, equipment needs, and daily goals with the Operations Manager

    Monitor installation quality and adherence to project specifications and company standards

    Address jobsite issues proactively and escalate when necessary

    Scheduling & Logistics

    Support scheduling of materials, dumpsters, and site access

    Coordinate with suppliers, site contacts, and internal teams to keep work on track

    Conduct site prep and final walkthroughs, ensuring clean-up and punch list completion

    Safety & Compliance

    Enforce jobsite safety standards and conduct regular inspections

    Ensure all workers use appropriate PPE and follow OSHA and company safety guidelines

    Report incidents or hazards promptly

    Communication & Reporting

    Act as an on-site point of contact for property managers, crew leads, homeowners, and HOA representatives

    Provide regular progress updates to the Operations Manager and other stakeholders

    Maintain daily project logs, crew reports, and documentation of job progress through a CRM

    Qualifications

    Required:

    Experience in roofing, construction management, and site supervision

    Deep understanding of shingle roofing systems and installation best practices

    Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

    Valid driver’s license

    Ability to manage multiple crews and job site logistics

    Comfortable working at heights, including climbing ladders and accessing slope roofs as part of daily duties

    Preferred:

    Bilingual – Fluent in both English and Spanish (highly preferred)

    Experience in multifamily and/or HOA roofing projects

    OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification

    Familiarity with digital tools for reporting, scheduling, or documentation
