    Title: Project Manager

    Shift: First Shift | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

    Location: Warren, OH

    Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 plus bonus (Dependent on Experience)

    Project Manager Role:

    The Project Manager serves as the primary bridge between our client’s internal departments and their customers to ensure the successful delivery of complex manufactured industrial solutions. This role is responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, ensuring technical specifications, budgets, and delivery timelines are strictly met.

    Project Manager Responsibilities:

    • Facilitate effective communication between customers and internal teams using verbal and written methods
    • Utilize Microsoft Project to maintain and present accurate project details to management
    • Review contracts and purchase orders to verify payment terms, cost estimates, and schedules
    • Generate and revise project schedules while communicating updates to all stakeholders
    • Process engineering releases (PORs and POCs) in a timely and efficient manner
    • Lead cross-functional teams including Sales, Engineering, and Manufacturing to meet commitments
    • Identify and report potential project delays and long-lead part issues to upper management
    • Compare actual project costs to budgets and collaborate with teams to maximize quality
    • Schedule and lead conference calls and meetings with customers to provide progress updates
    • Coordinate with accounting to ensure timely invoicing and follow up on unpaid balances
    • Maintain complete project folders including equipment photography prior to shipping
    • Advise the sales team of potential new business opportunities discovered during the project

    Project Manager Reporting Relationships:

    The Project Manager reports to the Project Management Lead and is responsible for training and mentoring other project managers on organizational proficiency.

    About You:

    • Hold a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
    • Possess a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
    • Demonstrate strong proficiency in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Microsoft Project
    • Exhibit excellent negotiation and professional communication skills
    • Maintain a high level of organization while managing multiple complex projects
    • Analyze financial data to identify budget overages and specific causes
    • Build and sustain professional relationships with current and potential customers
    • Drive organizational efficiency by seeking opportunities to reduce waste
    • Willing to travel to customer facilities on an occasional basis
    • Prioritize tasks effectively to meet rigorous production and engineering deadlines
