    Primary Responsibilities

    Project Management & Execution • Create and manage project schedules, timelines, and budgets • Identify, qualify, and manage subcontractors and resource providers • Schedule subcontractors, crews, and material suppliers • Ensure all work complies with plans, specifications, local codes, and scope requirements • Negotiate terms and set clear expectations with subcontractors and vendors • Oversee project execution to ensure quality, efficiency, and profitability

    Estimating & Project Planning • Evaluate, scope, and sell reconstruction projects • Create and review estimates for accuracy and completeness • Obtain customer and client approval on scope and pricing • Review budgets and identify cost risks or variances • Ensure proper permits and documentation are secured

    Customer Experience & Closeout • Manage overall customer experience from start to finish • Educate customers on the construction process • Compile and resolve punch list items • Perform final walk-throughs with customers • Secure Certificates of Completion and Satisfaction • Manage warranty-related items and follow-ups

    • Other duties as assigned

    Requirements

    Experience & Skill Set • Strong customer service track record • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously • Intermediate math and estimating skills • Experience in construction and/or restoration preferred • Project management experience preferred

    Education & Credentials • High school diploma or GED required • Valid driver’s license required
