About the Opportunity: This is a pivotal Project Manager/SR. PM opportunity focused on DSA, K-12, Education projects, and joining our growing team in Los Angeles. This role offers uncapped growth potential, direct client impact, and the chance to be a part of a team where design excellence meets real-world functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project teams on complex Education, DSA, and K-12 projects
• Manage schedules, budgets, staffing, and documentation across all project phases.
• Serve as primary client contact; ensure alignment between client needs, design intent, and regulatory requirements.
• Mentor and guide internal team members, promoting quality and accountability.
• Coordinate with consultants and technical teams to drive projects to successful outcomes.

Qualifications / Must Haves:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• Licensed Architect in California strongly preferred.
• Minimum 8+ years of professional experience, with 5+ years in a PM/Sr. PM capacity.
• Proven expertise managing DSA, K-12, and Education projects
• Deep knowledge of California building codes (DSA) standards.
• Strong leadership, client-facing, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Revit and project management tools.
• Must be based in Sacramento or nearby, with the ability to work in-office on a flexible hybrid schedule.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive base salary ($130-155,000/year + starting), DOE - commensurate with experience.
