    About the Opportunity: This is a pivotal leadership opportunity to join an acclaimed architecture firm that’s reshaping healthcare environments across California. As a Project Manager or Senior PM, you’ll lead transformative hospital and healthcare projects in the Sacramento region, ensuring seamless execution from vision to occupancy.     Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead project teams on complex healthcare projects, including acute care, outpatient, and OSHPD/HCAi building codes.
    • Manage schedules, budgets, staffing, and documentation across all project phases.
    • Serve as primary client contact; ensure alignment between client needs, design intent, and regulatory requirements.
    • Mentor and guide internal team members, promoting quality and accountability.
    • Coordinate with consultants and technical teams to drive projects to successful outcomes.

    Qualifications / Must Haves:

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
    • Licensed Architect in California strongly preferred.
    • Minimum 8+ years
      of professional experience, with 5+ years in a PM/Sr. PM capacity.
    • Proven expertise managing OSHPD/HCAi projects in healthcare settings.
    • Deep knowledge of California building codes and healthcare facility standards.
    • Strong leadership, client-facing, and communication skills.
    • Proficiency with Revit and project management tools.
    • Must be based in Sacramento or nearby, with the ability to work in-office on a flexible hybrid schedule.

    Compensation & Benefits:

    • Competitive base salary ($125-155,000/year + starting), DOE - commensurate with experience.
