Job Overview
As King Jesus advances its mission of reaching one billion souls, it requires a highly organized and experienced temporary part-time Project Manager to oversee the internal coordination and execution of a Salesforce CRM integration project within our ministry. While our external partner, Coastal, is leading the technical implementation, we require a dedicated internal liaison to drive alignment across our internal departments and ensure smooth, timely progress. This role is critical to ensuring accountability, coordination, documentation, and follow-through on all internal deliverables related to the CRM launch.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Serve as the internal project manager and point of contact for all Salesforce CRM-related activities.
Coordinate timelines, task ownership, and progress tracking across departments (Finance, Marketing, Operations, IT, etc.).
Collaborate closely with Coastal’s project managers and engineers to ensure technical tasks are aligned with internal needs, capabilities and deadlines.
Ensure timely submission of data, documentation, and feedback from ministry departments to Coastal as needed.
Support change management efforts including communications, training coordination, and end-user readiness across teams.
Translate project plans and technical deliverables into actionable internal tasks.
Facilitate regular status update meetings and prepare summary reports.
Document decisions, timelines, changes, and action items in a centralized and organized way.
Identify risks or blockers and escalate to senior leadership as needed.
Professional Qualifications
Profess excellent organizational, time management, and leadership skills
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
High attention to detail and task ownership
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
Competent in tools such as Google Workspace, MondayOS (or other PM tools)
Salesforce experience is a plus
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Education and Experience Requirements
3–5 years of project management experience, ideally in a systems integration or CRM-related project
Proven experience coordinating cross-functional projects
Experience working with vendors or external implementation partners preferred
Strong understanding of how CRM systems interact with data, communications, and organizational workflows.
PMP or other project management certification is a plus
Ministry or nonprofit experience is highly desirable but not required
