Job Title: Project Manager(Scheduler)

Location: San Diego, CA(On-Site)

Our client in San Diego is hiring a Project Manager to lead their cutting edge energy construction team with advanced scheduling software and experience working with the Department of Energy and Department of Defense. Key Responsibilities:

• Update, Develop, Maintain all project schedules(including subcontractor and vendor schedules into primary scheduler)
• Work closely with PM’s, Engineers and other internal/external teams to help accurately forecast progress and update on timelines/risks as needed
• Manage/report against schedule, variance to actual, critical path and other forecast issues
• Analyze and notify all teams of design changes, impact on project timelines/budgets
• Support project proposal, funding and other submissions

Qualifications:

• 5 project management and specifically scheduling experience in construction, energy, defense, aerospace, oil or other related industries
• Experience managing projects in the $15M-25M space
• Experience with scheduling software, building dashboards, preparing reports
• Incredible attention to detail with ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining all key timelines/due dates
