Summary
We are looking for a Project Manager specializing in Sheet Metal to join a leading contractor that provides integrated mechanical, electrical, and technology services to complex commercial and industrial projects.
This role manages the delivery of construction projects from planning through closeout, ensuring quality, schedule, budget, and compliance standards are met. The position coordinates design, procurement, and on-site execution while serving as a key point of contact for internal teams, clients, and external partners.
Responsibilities
Manage construction projects from pre-construction through completion
Support design planning, feasibility studies, and conceptual estimating
Develop and manage project budgets, contracts, and cost controls
Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, and internal stakeholders
Review drawings, specifications, and submittals for compliance and constructability
Oversee day-to-day site activities and project sequencing
Approve contracts, purchase orders, change orders, and invoices
Ensure compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and safety standards
Represent the company with clients, consultants, and external agencies
Prepare reports and maintain accurate project documentation
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of construction experience or 10+ years of related industry experience
Strong understanding of construction methods and project delivery
Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and contract administration
Ability to manage multiple priorities across active job sites
Strong communication and coordination skills
Ability to work in office and active construction environments
Valid driver’s license
