    Manage signage projects from estimate approval through final installation

    Create and track project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met

    Coordinate subcontractors, installers, and vendors

    Conduct job walks and site verifications as needed

    Ensure all work meets client expectations and company standards

    Estimating & Proposals

    Prepare estimates using company pricing guidelines

    Assemble and submit professional proposals

    Review project scope, materials, and labor requirements

    Coordinate with ownership on pricing strategy and approvals

    Scheduling & Coordination

    Schedule installations and manage project timelines

    Coordinate logistics for materials, equipment, and labor

    Communicate clearly with clients regarding timelines and updates

    Manage multiple projects simultaneously

    Vendor & Subcontractor Management

    Source and coordinate with fabricators, installers, and specialty trades

    Obtain and review quotes from vendors

    Ensure subcontractors meet scope, schedule, and quality expectations

    Quality Control & Closeout

    Verify accuracy of signage prior to installation

    Oversee installations to ensure proper execution

    Manage punch lists and project closeout

    Handle warranty or service-related follow-ups

    Qualifications

    Required

    2+ years of project management experience (construction, signage, or related field preferred)

    Strong organizational and time management skills

    Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

    Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)

    Preferred

    Experience in signage, construction, or related industry

    Estimating or takeoff experience

    Familiarity with permitting processes

    Experience working with subcontractors and vendors
