Responsibilities:
Customer Service & Client Interaction
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the installation process.
Provide clear, consistent updates to ensure homeowners feel informed and valued every step of the way.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience, reflecting our commitment to integrity and community.
Project Management & Quality Assurance
Oversee roofing, siding, and window installations, ensuring all work is completed according to contract specifications.
Conduct thorough inspections using job start, progress, and completion checklists to maintain organization and efficiency.
Take ownership of quality control, ensuring all installations meet or exceed the company’s high standards.
Foster teamwork and accountability among crews to uphold a shared sense of responsibility and pride in delivering superior results.
Competencies:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong desire for professional and personal growth.
Knowledge of roofing terminology and basic construction processes.
Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and a strict adherence to those standards
Experience with industry-specific software or tools.
A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a commitment to teamwork.
Education / Experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience in project management, ideally in the roofing/construction industry.
Strong knowledge of roofing/siding/window materials, installation processes, and industry standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Job Requirements:
Full time
Must be in office location, Western Mass and on site with clients
Ability to work early morning and evenings as needed
Pay range: Base salary + bonus opportunities
