Qualifications
- 4+ years managing projects that shipped on time and on budget, preferably within consumer products, soft goods, gear, or apparel.
- Hands-on experience managing soft goods or apparel development cycles, from concept through sampling, production, and launch.
- Familiarity with tech packs, BOMs, and specification documents, and comfort partnering with Product and Design to ensure accuracy and readiness for production.
- Fluent with modern PM tools—especially ClickUp—and excited to build slick, scalable workflows.
- Sharp organization and time-management skills; you’re the one that friends trust to plan the trip.
- Top-notch written and verbal communication across all levels of the business.
- Proven ability to lead by influence, juggling multiple priorities without losing focus.
- Comfort working on-site (5 days/week) in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
- Bonus points for experience with bags, packs, performance apparel, product safety regulations, third-party manufacturers, costing, or advanced Excel wizardry.
