    Job Brief

    We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to lead and coordinate a range of software-related projects, including proof of concept testing, software trials, product upgrades, and customer-facing implementations.


    Responsibilities

    • Lead and manage the full lifecycle of software projects, including PoCs, trials, upgrades, and implementations.
    • Coordinate with customers to define project scopes, timelines, deliverables, and success metrics.
    • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
    • Track and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
    • Facilitate regular project meetings with internal and customer teams to review progress and resolve blockers.
    • Collaborate with Sales and Pre-Sales teams to support technical evaluations and PoCs.
    • Ensure software deployments and upgrades are executed smoothly and documented properly.
    • Maintain clear communication across all teams — internal and external.
    • Manage project budgets and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
    • Continuously improve project management processes and practices.


    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
    • 3–7 years of experience in project management for software or technology solutions.
    • Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
    • Demonstrated experience managing customer-facing projects, including trials and PoCs.
    • Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and customer relationships simultaneously.
    • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project).
    • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are a plus.
    • Background in SaaS, enterprise software, or system integrations.
    • Experience with software versioning, upgrades, and release management.
    • Technical background or ability to understand software architecture and deployment concepts.
    • Background in telecommunications industry a plus.
  • Compensation
    $115,000 per year
