    Job Description

    Role Purpose:

    As part of the Versant Sports Marketing Production team, the Project Manager will be responsible for production and project management duties across creative marketing campaigns. This is a 360° production role that facilitates the creation and delivery of a wide variety of campaign creative materials. The Project Manager is a key connector across all internal teams and vendors, who ensures budget and timeline goals are met.

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee delivery of all promotional campaign assets (linear, social, digital), ensuring a high volume of content is sent accurately and on time
    • Serve as the central hub of content information for assigned property - i.e. delivery dates, upcoming projects, sponsorship information, etc.
    • Oversee full campaign/property budget
    • Create and manage campaign documents including briefs, presentations for internal and external partners, performance recaps, project trackers, etc.
    • Act as point of contact with external agencies and partners for assigned projects, leading communication and relationships, providing feedback from internal creative team and managing approvals
    • Plan and execute production shoots
    • Manage all Voiceover auditions and bookings across properties
    • Manage the onboarding of freelance talent while processing and managing invoices
    • Manage graphic requests for projects and deliverables working directly with graphic designers
    • Collaborate with and provide support for the Versant Sports editorial team to ensure all content is accurate and reflective of messaging goals
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, or a related field
    • Experience leading teams and delegating work across multiple stakeholders
    • Minimum three (3-5) years of relevant project management work experience in a creative agency or creative production role.
    • Knowledge of tools: Slack, Airtable, Microsoft 365, Adobe Creative Cloud a plus

    Eligibility Requirements:

    • Willing to work overtime and be flexible with hours as needed
    • Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
    • Must be 18 years or older

    • Knowledge and passion for sports

    • Comfortable with uncertainty, but with the drive to establish order and structure.

    • Highly collaborative and able to relationship build with all teams

    • Understands production workflows and can communicate using industry-standard terms related to creative and media assets (e.g., aspect ratios, resolution, file formats, codecs, deliverable standards)

    • Ability to follow through on tight deadlines while managing multiple projects simultaneously

    • Attention to detail, motivated self-starter, and well organized

    • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral

    • Prior experience or interest in budgeting a plus

    Additional Information:

    • Hybrid : This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week. Subject to change based on Manager discussion or business need.
    • This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other benefits and perks.     • Salary range: $80,000 - $95,000
