    Job Summary: As a Project Manager at Stand Strong Fencing, you'll take ownership of projects from sale to completion—blending leadership, logistics, customer engagement, and sales. You'll manage workflows, scheduling, quality control, and business development. We provide structured systems, hands-on training, and performance-based rewards—including incentive pay that grows with your success.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Represent Stand Strong Fencing with professionalism and integrity

    Oversee projects from initial sale to post-install walkthrough

    Coordinate scheduling with customers and install crews

    Manage procurement and timely delivery of materials

    Supervise subcontractors and ensure on-site quality and safety

    Confirm that project layouts meet customer specifications

    Prepare detailed proposals and estimates during client consultations

    Generate and follow up on organic leads

    Stay informed on market trends and competitive activity

    Support marketing and documentation efforts

    Maintain accurate records for sales and project tracking

    Required Skills:

    Strong verbal communication and active listening

    Proven project management and organizational skills

    Sales experience (home services or construction preferred)

    Detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and manage priorities

    Confident in negotiation, decision-making, and time management

    Professional demeanor and team-first mindset

    Qualifications:

    Background in home services or construction

    Comfortable using computers and online tools

    Self-motivated, disciplined, and independent

    Strong written and verbal communication

    Physical Requirements:

    Work outdoors in all seasons and weather conditions

    Lift up to 100 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed

    Willing to drive long distances to appointments or job sites

    May include occasional door-to-door prospecting
