Job Description
The Project Manager, Strategic Projects supports the Senior Director, Machine Manufacturing, North America, in leading and executing cross-functional initiatives that drive operational excellence and strategic alignment at the U.S. headquarters of a global pharmaceutical machinery company. The role is pivotal in coordinating key internal efforts, ensuring smooth project transitions, improving core business processes, and strengthening collaboration with the German headquarters.

Qualifications
Education and/or experience:
Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, business administration, or related field.
3+ years of experience in project management or cross-functional coordination, ideally in manufacturing or industrial environments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven organizational and time/project management skills
Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, matrixed organization.
Outstanding attention to detail
Negotiating skills
Proficient in the use of office equipment
Excellent computer skills and have an aptitude to learn new computer applications.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); project management software is a plus.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
German is not required but a plus, due to the cross collaboration with the German headquarters
Ability to write routine correspondence and emails.
