    Overview
    The Project Manager, Supply Chain leads complex, cross-functional programs across the North America supply chain organization. This role owns end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment to business priorities, operational goals, and performance targets. Operating at a program level, this position manages interdependencies, risks, and enterprise-wide outcomes across multiple initiatives.

    Responsibilities

    Program & Portfolio Management

    • Own and manage a multi-year program roadmap in partnership with Operations, Transportation, Technology, and external partners
    • Ensure alignment to enterprise strategy, business objectives, and defined KPIs
    • Manage interdependencies across programs, including sequencing, resourcing, and risk mitigation

    Execution & Governance

    • Oversee program execution including scope, timeline, budget, and risk management
    • Establish and maintain governance frameworks, documentation, and standardized practices
    • Drive cross-program coordination, issue resolution, and escalation as needed
    • Ensure delivery against cost and timeline commitments across multiple initiatives

    Stakeholder & Vendor Management

    • Engage and influence senior stakeholders across Supply Chain, Technology, Finance, and external partners
    • Manage vendor and third-party relationships tied to program delivery
    • Provide clear, executive-level communication on program status, risks, and outcomes

    People Leadership & PMO Enablement

    • Mentor project resources in a matrixed environment
    • Support PMO standards, prioritization frameworks, and continuous improvement efforts

    Continuous Improvement & Change Management

    • Identify opportunities to improve processes, delivery efficiency, and execution maturity
    • Partner with PMO leadership to enhance tools, standards, and best practices
    • Drive change management to support adoption of new processes and capabilities

    Qualifications

    Required

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field
    • 7+ years of project/program management experience, including large-scale supply chain initiatives
    • Proven experience managing complex programs in a matrixed environment
    • Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
    • Experience within retail or omnichannel supply chain environments
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools
    • Ability to travel up to 25%

    Preferred

    • PMP or PgMP certification
    • Lean Six Sigma certification
    • Experience with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies
  • Compensation
    $96,000-$119,000 per year
