Job Description
The Project Manager for Syndicated Research oversees the full lifecycle of our healthcare studies. This role centers on our media measurement and insights surveys and managing the day‑to‑day coordination with third‑party sample, programming and data collection vendors. We’re looking for someone who truly knows fieldwork and questionnaire design — someone detail‑oriented, hands‑on, and skilled at building strong survey instruments, monitoring respondent behavior, and ensuring our data is consistently accurate and reliable for our healthcare clients.
Core Responsibilities
Survey Design & Programming Oversight
- Translate research objectives into high-performing digital surveys, developing complex skip logic, piping, and randomization.
- Optimize survey instruments for high-value HCP (Physicians, PAs, NPs) audiences to minimize respondent fatigue and maximize completion rates.
- Conduct rigorous "beta-testing" of survey links to ensure technical accuracy, data variable mapping, and mobile compatibility. Clearly communicate corrections to the programming team.
- Ensure survey structures align with historical syndicated data to allow for seamless year-over-year trend analysis.
Sample & Vendor Management
- Act as a primary point of contact for third-party panel providers, managing the bidding, commissioning, and fieldwork phases.
- Monitor real-time fieldwork metrics, including Incidence Rates (IR), Length of Interview (LOI), and dropout rates, to proactively troubleshoot project bottlenecks.
- Manage complex sample quotas across multiple medical specialties to ensure representative datasets.
- Execute rigorous data-cleaning protocols, identifying and removing "bad actors" (speeders, bots, or inconsistent responders) to protect data integrity.
Project Operations and Team Collaboration
- Maintain detailed project timelines to ensure syndicated reports are delivered on schedule.
- Manage project budgets, tracking external vendor costs and "Cost-Per-Interview" (CPI) efficiency.
- Maintain a positive, solution-oriented attitude when project scopes or timelines shift due to market demands or client needs.
- Contribute to a supportive team culture by sharing best practices and assisting colleagues during high-volume periods.
