Qualifications are as follows

Project Experience: Large, structural concrete, tilt-wall experience is a must.

Experience: 10+ years in a general contracting environment

Abilities: Must be able to communicate effectively with Project Management, Sub-contractors, suppliers and clients. This person needs to be able to appreciate and embrace a culture where you are expected to ask and answer tough questions, hold yourself and others accountable while learning and growing.
