This role places you at the helm of high-visibility public works projects—delivering vital infrastructure that supports public health, environmental sustainability, and long-term regional development in the Southeast.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: Up to $175,000/year (commensurate with experience)

What You’ll Do
Oversee end-to-end delivery of water infrastructure projects across the Greater Atlanta and Tampa Florida areas
Manage project budgeting, procurement, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination
Take full accountability for project outcomes, profitability, and safety standards
Lead all stakeholder communications, both internal and client-facing
Ensure compliance with quality standards, regulatory codes, and environmental requirements
Build, mentor, and empower cross-functional field and office teams
Resolve schedule, cost, or operational issues proactively and efficiently
Contribute to strategic hiring, staff development, and team growth
Lead project closeout, reporting, and post-construction client engagement
What You Bring
7+ years of construction project management experience (water/utility infrastructure preferred)
Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage subcontractor performance
Strong understanding of construction contracts, cost control, and scheduling tools
Exceptional leadership and communication skills with a client-service mindset
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
Willingness to travel or relocate within the Southeast depending on project needs
