Are you an organized, proactive professional who thrives on keeping projects running smoothly and clients satisfied?
Signarama Temecula is seeking a Project Manager with a secondary focus in Outside Sales to help deliver exceptional signage solutions and provide a seamless client experience from concept to installation.
This hybrid role is ideal for someone who can manage signage projects end-to-end while also generating business through targeted outreach. You’ll be the primary point of contact for client coordination, scheduling, and fulfillment—and you’ll receive 5% commission on any projects you bring in and manage directly.
Your Role at a Glance:
Primary Responsibilities – Project Management
Client Coordination: Serve as the main point of contact for clients from quote approval to project completion.
Workflow Management: Create and manage production schedules, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
Team & Vendor Communication: Collaborate with designers, installers, and vendors to ensure smooth execution.
Quality Oversight: Review designs, materials, and final products for accuracy and customer satisfaction.
Problem Solving: Proactively resolve issues related to production, deadlines, or client expectations.
Secondary Responsibilities – Outside Sales
Targeted Outreach: Visit businesses to introduce Signarama’s services and gather information on signage needs.
Consultative Selling: Identify client needs and present signage options tailored to their goals.
Self-Generated Sales: Earn 5% commission on any projects you bring in and manage from start to finish.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in project coordination, customer service, or the signage/print industry.
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to learn and use software tools for quoting, tracking, and communication.
Sales-minded with a proactive approach to customer engagement.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for site visits.
