Skills & Experience Required:
Minimum 5 years experience as a Superintendent for a General Contractor in commercial TI or Multifamily work.
Minimum 5-years experience as a Project Manager for a General Contractor in commercial TI or Multifamily work
Well versed in reading and interpreting blueprints
Excellent Organization and Executive Function Skills
Well versed in Job-Costing to track, update, and increase profit margins during project
Excellent Communication skills to resolve conflict, to teach and train employees, to ensure all parties are kept abreast of latest updates, to articulate constructibility issues and solutions, building relationships and earning trust
Well versed in creating, updating, and tracking Critical Path Schedule
Create, track, and disperse RFIs, SOV's, Submittals, Transmittals, PCOs, and COs.
Well versed in AIA Documents, G701, G702, G703, and Contracts
Strong negotiation skills with Subcontractors, Vendors, City Officials, and Clients.
Strong interpersonal skills among company employees, designers, and vendors.
Well versed with City Codes, ADA regulations, Utilities, and working with city officials.
Well versed with phasing project scope and identifying efficiencies to the schedule.
Well versed in creating, tracking, and dispersing RFPs to subs and vendors
Experienced hosting OAC Meetings and management thereof
Holding company SOPs to high standards
Relationally strong to build relationships for referrals and recurring work.
