We are looking for an Licensed Electrician for the Electrical Project Manager position to oversee and coordinate electrical projects from start to finish. The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while ensuring compliance with all relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards.

Skills and Qualifications:

Must be a Licensed Electrician to apply for this position.

10 Years plus experience.

Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.

AIA Billing knowledge a plus.

Project Management Skills: Proven ability to plan, organize, and execute projects effectively.

Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve project issues effectively.

Financial Management: Understanding of budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.

Leadership Skills: Ability to motivate and lead project teams.

Core Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Execution: Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and budget management.

Budget and Cost Control: Monitor project expenses, manage change orders, and ensure projects stay within budget.

Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, submittals, and RFI's.

Procurement: Manage the procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.

Manage and mentor project teams, including electricians ensuring effective collaboration and communication.

Quality Assurance: Ensure all work meets established quality standards and regulatory requirements.
