OpenBox Roofing is hiring a motivated, detail-oriented Project Manager who is ready to grow into a leadership role within our production team. This is an opportunity for someone with construction experience to step into project management and learn how to run projects the right way-focused on organization, communication, and a high standard of customer experience.
We are a systems-driven company focused on raising the standard in the roofing industry, and we’re looking for someone who wants to grow with us long-term.
WHY THIS ROLE EXISTS
We are building a structured, high-performing production team and need someone who can support project execution while developing into a fully accountable Project Manager.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Managing residential exterior projects from material ordering to final walkthrough
Manage jobsites to ensure quality and progress
Communicate with homeowners, subcontractors, and internal team members
Coordinate materials and job readiness
Ensure projects stay on track
Help maintain organized inventory and job documentation
Step in to solve problems and keep projects moving
Maintain material control, change orders and returns

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
$55,000 – $70,000 + performance bonuses
