Position: Project Manager

Location: Macon, GA

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination.

Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience in commercial construction.

Working knowledge of construction contracts, building codes, and project management software; strong organizational and communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects or phases, and solve problems in a fast-paced construction environment.

Previous experience in educational, municipal, or community-focused projects in Georgia is beneficial.
