    SALES, MARKETING & CUSTOMER SERVICE JOB DESCRIPTION:

    As a Sales, Marketing & Customer Service assistant your initial duties will include:

    • The basics of marketing and promoting a service or a products.

    • Effectively communicating with the public

    • Working with the Marketing and Events Team to organize promotional events, public events and trade shows.

    • Take customer inquiries

    • Carry out sales transactions for both new and existing customers

    • Attract new customers to increase brand awareness

    • In house training sessions as required

    MARKETING ASSISTANT BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

    • Candidates must be over the age of 18 in order to qualify

    • Applicants must be able to commute to our office location in El Monte

    • Full working authority for the USA, we are unable to provide sponsorship at this time

    Covid-19 Safety Measures

    We are still hiring in the midst of the pandemic, but we are ensuring we are following safety guidelines. We have put in place various safety measures to protect our teams. We will ensure that temperature checks are completed for anybody entering the premises on a daily basis. We will further ensure that we provide PPE (Personal Protection Equipment) for all team members along with hand sanitizing stations throughout. We will ensure that all work stations and seating areas are thoroughly sanitized at various, regular intervals throughout the day. Your safety and the safety of our team is paramount.
