We are looking to fill full-time and part-time positions.

Primary Responsibilities:

Asbestos Project Monitors (APM's) / Air Sampling Technicians (AST's) will act as the firm’s representative oversee and monitor contractor compliance during asbestos abatement projects within the five boroughs of New York City.

Collection of air samples, including sample location diagrams, chain of custody documentation, and transport to laboratory.

Punctual and professional demeanor as a representative of TEG.

Qualifications: * High School Diploma is required

Current NYS DOL Project Monitor Certificate REQUIRED

Associated or Bachelor Degree in Environmental Science, Architecture, Engineering, Environmental Health and Safety, or related discipline is preferred.

Prior experience with construction or building materials is preferred.

Effective oral and written communication skills.

The position entails frequent travel throughout New York City. Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and good driving record required.

Willingness to commit to varying shifts, including nights and weekends.

Candidates should have initiative and take pride in their work.

Pay: $36/hour with 1 1/2 X Overtime after 40 hours per week
