    Construction Project Planner

    Location: Houston, TX

    ABOUT THE ROLE

    As a Construction Project Planner, you will be responsible for the initial development of construction schedules. You will work closely with project teams to prepare schedule data for proposals or contract negotiations, perform take-offs, evaluate subcontractor feedback, integrate schedules, prepare work logic, and identify restraints or potential impacts. Your work will ensure projects start on the right track and procurement delays are identified early and mitigated when possible.

    This is a safety-sensitive position.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop construction schedules during the planning and preconstruction phase using Primavera P6.
    • Collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to align schedule needs and identify potential impacts early.
    • Perform take-offs, estimate production rates, and integrate subcontractor feedback into schedules.
    • Analyze work logic, identify restraints, and conduct critical path and schedule performance evaluations.
    • Support proposals and contract negotiations by preparing schedule data, logistics plans, and milestone deliverables.

    Project Types

    • Work on diverse, large-scale projects including retail, healthcare, multifamily, hospitality, and commercial developments across the U.S.
