We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Planner to join our growing team. This role is essential in bridging sales, construction, design, and permitting functions to ensure seamless project execution and an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare permit documents and audit construction plans using AutoCAD and/or 3D design software.
• Create 3D designs and videos in Pool Studios to support the sales team.
• Coordinate with clients to obtain HOA approvals and maintain clear communication throughout permitting.
• Collaborate daily with sales, construction teams, municipalities, and customers.
• Maintain and record accurate project data in our ERP system (Business Central).
• Process plan changes, update construction documents, and distribute pre-site paperwork.
• Generate release emails, prepare project files, and hand off documentation for construction.
• Partner with Permit Technicians and runners to track progress and manage timelines.
• Convert quotes into jobs in Business Central while ensuring all necessary documents are complete.
• Maintain accurate records of jobs on hold, presite details, dig dates, and other milestones.
• Inventory paperwork, check for missing items, and keep the progress board updated.
• Support Designers in gathering permitting and customer information.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Pool Studios, or other 3D design software.
• Experience in swimming pool, landscaping, or backyard structure design (preferred).
• Knowledge of permitting processes and HOA requirements.
• Experience with ERP systems (Business Central preferred).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer service-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
