Role Summary

The Project Pricing & Scope Review Coordinator is responsible for reviewing customer project contracts, measurements, pricing, and scope of details to ensure accuracy prior to project execution.

Responsibilities

Review project measurements for accuracy

Verify pricing against company standards

Confirm scope of work is complete and accurate

Identify missing or incorrect contract details

Review installer labor pricing for margin accuracy

Flag high-risk or high-cost projects

Communicate corrections with sales and operations teams

Ensure contract accuracy before scheduling

Track common errors and recommend process improvements

Maintain pricing and measurement standards

Support daily operational goals

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required

1–2 years of experience in construction, flooring, project coordination, estimating, or administrative review (preferred, not required)

Strong attention to detail

Basic math and pricing understanding

Excel / CRM experience preferred

Construction or flooring experience preferred (not required)

Strong communication skills

Organized and process-driven

Technical Skills

Read and interpret project scopes, contracts, and work orders

Verify measurements (square footage, linear footage, etc.)

Cross-check pricing against standard rate sheets

Identify discrepancies in:

Measurements

Material quantities

Labor pricing

Review multiple projects per day with consistent accuracy
