What You’ll Do

Own the quality of Construction Documents on active projects.

Spot issues before they become RFIs or redlines.

Communicate clearly with PMs, consultants, and internal teams.

Make informed decisions and take initiatives.

Help improve how we document, coordinate, and deliver work.

Day-to-Day

Produce and coordinate high-quality Construction Documents in Revit.

Think critically, not just draft — identify conflicts, risks, and opportunities.

Collaborate with Project Managers, Team Leaders, and consultants.

Use technology intelligently, including AI tools, to work smarter.

Set goals and actively work toward your next career step.

What We’re Looking For

2-5 years of real architectural experience working on US projects (not internships).

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Architecture or related field.

Strong proficiency in MS365, Revit, Artificial Intelligence (AI) software.

Experience with mid-rise wood construction.

Curiosity about AI and emerging tools (you don’t need to be an expert).

Clear, professional, and collaborative communicator – internal and externally
