    We are seeking a charismatic, experienced, and results-driven Project Sales Estimator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on relationship-building, teamwork, and excellence.

    Position Summary

    As a Project Sales Estimator, you will be responsible for developing new business, managing client relationships, and preparing accurate estimates for residential repaints and new construction projects. You’ll quickly grow a personal sales book to $2–3M annually while working hand-in-hand with project managers and general contractors to ensure every project is executed to perfection.

    From job walks to blueprint reviews to project close-out, you’ll play a critical role in delivering exceptional results while representing our brand at the highest level.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Build and grow strong relationships with builders, GCs, homeowners, and developers.

    • Accurately read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction plans.

    • Attend pre-bid meetings, site walks, and networking events to generate leads.

    • Prepare detailed painting estimates and identify opportunities for change orders or additional scopes.

    • Collaborate with project managers to track progress, resolve issues proactively, and ensure client satisfaction.

    • Serve as the client’s point of contact from initial bid through project close-out.

    • Maintain an organized sales pipeline and forecast revenue.

    • Represent the company at industry and community networking events.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum 3 years of experience in painting, construction sales, or estimating.

    • Proven ability to read and interpret architectural plans.

    • Experience estimating and selling high-end residential or new construction projects.

    • Knowledge of construction sequencing and jobsite coordination.

    • Charismatic communicator with strong client-facing skills.

    • Organized, proactive, and confident in managing multiple priorities.

    • Must be comfortable being on job sites and in front of clients.

    • Positive, collaborative, and team-oriented personality.
