About the Position
The company is seeking a qualified Project Scheduler to support NAVFAC Design-Build construction projects in Guam and Hawaii.
The Project Scheduler is responsible for the development, maintenance, analysis, and reporting of the Project Baseline Schedule and all schedule updates in accordance with contract requirements, including UFGS Division 01 scheduling specifications.
This role is a critical member of the Project Management Team , working closely with the Project Manager, Superintendent, Project Engineer, QC Manager, and subcontractors to ensure the project schedule functions as a proactive management tool rather than simply a reporting requirement.
The Scheduler will also interface with NAVFAC ROICC representatives and Government QA personnel to support schedule reviews, progress reporting, and schedule-related contract requirements.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of scheduling experience on federal, infrastructure, or heavy civil construction projects
Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining schedules in Primavera P6
Experience supporting Design-Build project delivery
Strong knowledge of Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling
Experience preparing schedule narratives and impact analyses
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
U.S. Citizenship required
Experience supporting NAVFAC, USACE, or other DoD construction projects
Familiarity with UFGS Division 01 scheduling requirements
Prior OCONUS project experience , particularly in Guam or the Indo-Pacific region
Experience preparing Time Impact Analyses (TIA) for federal contracts
Experience working with cost-loaded or resource-loaded project schedules
