    Our 75-year-old company is looking for an experienced service company administrator to help us manage our fast-paced office. We need someone familiar with the plumbing/HVAC industry or a similar trade with a few years of project management/administration experience to help oversee our project management, project and service billing, job tracking, project estimating, and contract administration needs. Responsibilities: • Prepare estimates and proposals with field personnel and project managers • Track project progress and job costs • Coordinate with technicians, vendors, and customers • Assist with scheduling and material procurement • Generate invoices and manage billing documentation • Follow up on permits, inspections, and project paperwork • Maintain organized job files and records • Help ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget • Help with service billing • Help build project submittal packages • Maintain project pipeline • Maintain subcontractor vendor compliance Qualifications: • Three years of experience in construction services, administrative support, or project management for plumbing, HVAC, or related trades • Excellent organization, time management, attention to detail, and communication skills are valuable • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through • Proficiency in computer use and typing. Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) is our main program. Experience with Bluebeam, Procore, or other plan review software • Comfortable using computers, spreadsheets, and dispatch/accounting software • Knowledge of AIA documentation is helpful • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Knowledge of the Philadelphia L&I eClipse system is preferred • Solid math skills are needed Compensation: $65,000
