We are seeking a highly skilled and adaptable Project Service Manager to support our clients of multifamily residential communities. This role combines hands-on maintenance expertise with extensive project management responsibilities, ensuring that both routine operations and significant projects are executed efficiently, safely, and in alignment with leading industry standards.
Responsibilities -
Service Project Duties:
Travel to client’s properties to perform general maintenance, repairs, and inspections as assigned.
Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues.
Perform light carpentry and minor paint and drywall repairs.
Complete client service requests efficiently and professionally.
Maintain tools, equipment, and inventory in good working condition.
Acquire required materials and supplies per project and maintain an accurate account of project financials.
Project Management Support:
Assist the Project Director with oversight and coordination of assigned renovation or capital improvement projects.
Monitor job-site conditions to ensure cleanliness, safety, and adherence to company standards.
Track project progress and report updates to the Project Director.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and onsite teams to ensure timely project execution.
Cultivate and maintain positive working relationships with clients, residents, and team members.
Help manage project documentation, schedules, and quality control.

Qualifications -
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications a plus.
2+ years of multifamily maintenance experience; project management experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general construction.
EPA Universal Certification preferred.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
Frequent standing, walking, bending, and climbing ladders.
Comfortable working in various indoor and outdoor conditions.
