Site Civil Engineer & Phase Manager

The successful candidate for this position will be involved in a wide variety of site-civil engineering projects including mixed use, commercial, institutional, and recreational. No two projects are ever the same and it is fast moving - you will likely get to see projects that you work on become realities within months.

Responsibilities may include:

• Preliminary layout and design

• Research and scoping

• Plan production

• Drainage modeling and design

• Construction site visits

• Client / partner interaction

• Tracking community impact, effort, and profitability for phases and projects

• Attending professional organization events

• Training and being trained

Successful candidate will:

• Be passionate about learning and growing in their career!

• Have a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering

• Have 1+ Years Experience in Site Civil Engineering

• Be working towards or have completed E.I.T. and/or P.E. licensing

• Have strong AutoCAD skills

• Have a positive attitude and willingness to challenge themselves!

Preferences will be given to:

• Civil 3D experience

• Survey or construction experience

• LEED, Green Infrastructure, Sustainable Sites, or similar affiliations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Bonus: Discretionary on an annual basis

Expected hours: 40 per week (NOT 46 - ask around!)
