    Key Areas:

    Project Management:

    • Support the implementation of new programs and strategic initiatives in the assigned HR processes.

    • Drive continuous improvement across assigned business processes through related projects, such as the mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic initiatives.

    • Contribute professional knowledge on project management and remain current with all relevant developments.  Serves as a subject matter expert on Business Services processes.

    • Support and/or develop detailed business user requirements, system documentation and workflow procedures.  Negotiates plans, timelines, and trade-offs while ensuring stakeholders understand the final results.

    Relationship and Service Level Agreements:

    • In partnership with assigned Business Services process owners, develop and execute the global strategic framework for processes including service level agreeements, key performance indicators, budgets and internal metrics.

    • Influence the ownership of processes ensuring world class customer service mentality.  Stakeholders include leaders of Business Services, HR business partners in the companies supported by Retail Business Services and Group HR.

    • Acts as a liaison with IT and works together with consultants, vendors, and project managers to ensure the customer’s needs have been ment.

    Continuous Inprovement and Business Process Management:

    • Influence assigned process owners to maintain accurate process documentation and to monitor process performance utilizing effective operational metrics.

    • Review process performance with process owners in accordance with established control plans, evaluating for efficiency.

    • Partner with the Business Services Managers to ensure process documentation are current and SLAs are being met by the Business Services teams.

    Compliance and Reguatory Support:

    • Partner with the department Director, assigned process owners and IT to ensure proper governance and controls are supported. 

    • Review process performance with process owners in accordance with established control plans and support the development of more robust controls where needed..

    • Provide support for the assigned process owners to ensure processes are in compliance with company policies and governing regulations.

    Basic Qualification:

    Interpret policy/processes

    • Proactively looks for solutions and anticipates needs to develop new or revised processes. Provides fully developed work.

    Level of Analysis

    • Proactively looks for solutions and anticipates needs to develop new or revised ways to conduct analysis to improve efficiency and accuracy.

    • Ability to perform most complex analytical tasks related to comparing data files and determining potential errors or omissions within the data stream and determining root cause of error.

    • Ability to recommend practical corrective actions and implement actions on analysis provided. Able to use more complex tools (e.g., database) to help solve problems.

    Subject matter expert for Brands related to HR data, systems and analytics.

    • Serves as a project lead, partnering with senior IT, business and HR leaders providing HRIS expertise to solve complex business problems to meet business needs.

    • Ability to create and manage complex project plans.

    System Configuration/Support

    • Ability to perform complex system configuration testing and tasks for maintaining a network of HR Systems and applications.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and related work experiences.

    • 4+ years of HRIS or signification proven analytical experience.

    • Advanced MS Office- especially Excel and Access (Power BI experience is a plus)

    • Maintain high level of confidentiality

    • Able to handle multiple priorities
