The Project Supervisor is a site-focused role responsible for supporting the construction team by coordinating subcontractors, tracking progress, and ensuring projects stay aligned with schedule milestones. This role requires strong situational awareness, professional communication, and the ability to follow up consistently. As we continue to scale, we are adding field presence to strengthen execution, reduce delays, and drive consistency across our sites. Responsibilities: What You’ll Do • Technical coordination between GC, Architect and Engineer • Verify job progress and field reports submitted by contractors using Company Cam + Click Up. • Support execution of weekly and three-week look-ahead schedules. • Support and coordinate preconstruction activities • Confirm materials are on-site and identify shortages or delays early. • Assist in preparing for inspections and correction lists. • Schedule and attend site walks and contractor coordination meetings. • Support punch list completion and turnover activities to operations. • Help enforce brand standards and design consistency during construction. Qualifications: What you Bring • Experience in commercial construction environments (supervisor, lead installer, foreman, project coordinator, or assistant superintendent experience is ideal). • Ability to read plans and understand trade sequencing. • Comfortable interacting with subcontractors and inspectors professionally. • Familiarity with CompanyCam, ClickUp, Procore or similar software is a strong plus. • Strong communication, follow-through, and accountability skills. • Ability to travel to active project sites when needed.
