    As an Entry-Level Mitigation / Restoration Technician, you’ll work with a “One Team” mentality to assist homeowners and businesses after water, fire, mold, or biohazard damage. Every day brings new challenges and the opportunity to make a difference. We will train you to perform industry-leading restoration services while providing comfort and relief to customers during difficult times.

    What You’ll Do:

    Assist with restoration projects on residential and commercial job sites

    Provide caring, empathetic service to customers during stressful situations

    Follow PuroClean® production guidelines and safety standards

    Support team leaders with demolition, cleaning, drying, and repair tasks

    Maintain vehicles, equipment, and company assets in excellent condition

    Uphold our reputation by going above and beyond customer expectations

    What We’re Looking For:

    A compassionate, customer-first attitude with a desire to help others

    Strong attention to detail and willingness to work hard in all conditions

    Dependable, positive, and eager to learn (no experience necessary – we will train!)

    Ability to work on your feet, lift/carry equipment, and adapt to changing situations

    Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred

    Aptitude with record keeping, recording information and communicating ‘the message’

    Awareness and respect for safety, using care are caution with teammates and customers

    Strength with multitasking and handling deadlines

    Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. and comfortable on your feet for prolonged periods of time
