Mark-A-Lot, Inc. is seeking a Project & Office Coordinator to support our project manager, estimator, field crews and office staff. This in-person role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys a variety of tasks, and takes pride in being the glue that keeps operations running more smoothly.
We are flexible with both hours and scheduling and welcome part-time or full-time availability , though full-time is preferred.
What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate project documentation, scheduling, and communication
- Support estimating, procurement, and budgeting efforts
- Read and interpret site plans, blueprints, and project specifications — especially for parking lots, roadways, and related infrastructure
- Review and understand contract terms to advocate for and protect the company's business interests
- Help track field operations, daily logs, and timecards
- Provide light HR and recruiting assistance
- Act as a key liaison between clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Ensure documentation is organized, up to date, and compliant
- Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and exceptional customer service
- Provide top-notch customer service, ensuring all interactions with clients and stakeholders are positive, professional, and responsive
What We’re Looking For:

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, Bluebeam and other digital tools
- Familiarity with project coordination, estimating support, or construction admin is a plus
- Experience working in or supporting construction, field services, or similar industries is preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years in an administrative, project support, or office coordinator role
- Experience in construction management, field operations, or contract administration (paralegal or similar legal support roles welcome)
- Associate degree or higher in a related field (Construction Management, Business Administration, or Legal Studies) is preferred
- Ability to read and understand drawings, blueprints, and project specifications
- Experience in reviewing contracts and scopes of work to ensure compliance and advocate for business interests
- Knowledge of prevailing wage documentation, timekeeping, certified payroll (a plus)
- Familiarity with OSHA standards and safety compliance (a plus)
- Strong customer service mindset with the ability to maintain professionalism in busy deadline driven environments
