About the Role:

RBCO INC is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Assistant to join our team in Cottonwood Heights, UT! This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key supporting role in driving projects forward and making a real impact within a dynamic organization. Responsibilities:

Assist project managers and superintendents on site.

Maintain RBCO "brand"

Clean jobsites

Organize RBCO shop/ tool inventory

We offer $300/ mo vehicle allowance

Travel to multiple sites each day is likely

Requirements:

Valid Utah drivers license with clean record

reliable transportation with current insurance

Availability to travel to multiple sites

Good communication skills

Normal working hours 8-4:30 Monday through Friday and some weekend work.

Team-oriented mindset with a proactive, can-do attitude

Wiliness to learn with opportunity to grow within the company

Work is physical on site. Must be physically capable to clean up, move lumber, haul materials, dig ditches, perform general labor tasks.
