About our Team:
The Resident Services team provides transformative affordable housing and elevates the voices of the communities we serve that are disproportionately affected by systemic inequities. PPL provides 1,600 housing units and serves nearly 13,000 people annually in the Twin Cities aiding in long-term stable housing so that our community can live their best lives. PPL integrates race equity organization-wide through multiple strategies and systems change initiatives.
Job Summary:
The Family Services Coordinatorserves an impactful role in partnering with families in PPL SupportiveHousing. The role provides comprehensive case management services, facilitateson-site workshops, and makes referrals to community resources. PPL uses aPerson-Centered, Harm Reduction, and Housing First approach to partner withparticipants from diverse communities. All families in PPL supportive housinghave experienced homelessness and behavioral health challenges. Family ServicesCoordinators pride themselves in building strong relationships, serving thewhole family, and offering services in person at a place of families' choosing,whether it be in the comfort of their home or in our vibrant community.

Minimum Requirements
Ability to use:
Office equipment including telephone, smartphone, voicemail systems, copier, printer, scanner, and fax machine.
MS Word, Outlook, and Excel
The Internet and electronic timecard system
Computer Network (files, drives, and folders)
Apricot or other database systems
Additional Requirements:
Hours: Standard business hours -40 hours per week

PPL currently offers a signing bonus for this position: $1,000 for full-time and $500 for part-time.
(The signing bonus is payable in two payouts, half after one month and the other half after six months. This is subject to all applicable tax reporting and withholding requirements. )
Salary: $22.00-$24.00 Yr., DOQ
PPL's work is now a Hybrid Model, with 60% of the workweek spent in the office or onsite at satellite locations. Our hybrid model refers to the split between working in the office (60%) and working at home (40%).
