    Duties and Responsibilities: Working as assistant project manager here at Excavating and Elite Solutions requires supporting a workforce that is highly skilled, safety-driven, and often spread across multiple jobs in our company.Your role as assistant project manager is crucial to our company, as assistant project manager you help ensure projects stay on schedule and aligned with organizational goals by coordinating tasks,maintaining documentation, and facilitating communication across teams. This Position reports to the general manager.

    Job summary:

    This role helps ensure projects stay on schedule and aligned with organizational goals by going to the construction sites, coordinating tasks,maintaining documentation, and facilitating communication across teams.

    Traits:

    Construction knowledge: the ideal candidate will have prior experience and knowledge in construction, including familiarity with safety practices, tools, and job site procedures.

    Strong organizational skills - able to track tasks,documents,and schedules

    Keep notes,files, and project data structured and accessible.

    Good communication - good communication with all who are a part of the projects both in the field and in the office. Must be comfortable following up with team members.

    Attention to detail-Accurately updates reports, schedules, and task list.

    Time Managements-Meets deadlines consistently. Prioritizes tasks effectively in fast-paced environments.
