    Projectline is seeking a rockstar B2B Customer Lifecycle Manager for a Contract to Hire role leading the development and ongoing management of an extraordinary customer lifecycle program that activates and accelerates revenue and creates long-term customer relationships. We’re searching for a high-impact strategist and customer marketer who can lead planning, prioritization, and execution of marketing programs that improve lead conversion rate (e.g. lead nurture programs), increase monthly revenue, and drive product adoption and reduce churn.

    This is the perfect opportunity for you to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment; to operate with a strong level of marketing channel intelligence; bring creative ideas and solutions to marketing communications challenges, and manage relationships with partners at multiple levels.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • You will lead ‘always on’ marketing strategy/execution, including new channel activation
    • You will develop a clear end to end customer engagement strategy
    • You will expand customer relationships being an extension of a Customer Success team
    • You will be where the front-line advisor and advocate teams don’t have time to be
    • You will retain customer expectation communications, ensuring they always know where they stand
    • You will identify key drivers, mechanics and associated dependencies for driving conversion, product adoption, retention, and cross-sell
    • You will produce and execute strategic marketing campaigns across multiple channels (including, but not limited to, email, paid media, social, mobile, chat, video, referral programs and landing page/registration page optimization)

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • You have 4-10 years of B2B growth marketing experience delivering highly-successful engagement, loyalty and retention strategies, B2C will not be considered.
    • SaaS and email experience is a requirement
    • Deep experience in managing marketing automation including email triggers and batch campaigns throughout the customer lifecycle via a Marketing Automation tool
    • Partnered with Marketing Ops and Customer Success teams to analyze business and marketing data
    • Experience with Marketo and Salesforce and performance marketing platforms: e.g. Facebook/Twitter/LI advertising (SEM/AdWords a plus) is essential
    • The proven ability to develop, execute, and communicate a long-term strategic vision
    • Background experience of balancing immediate priorities and opportunities in a dynamic, rapidly changing, team-based environment
    • Demonstrated success delivering multi-channel B2B campaigns with a deep understanding of marketing execution
    • Ability to provide standard methodologies and experience using strategic editorial content to engage and retain audiences
    • Analytical mindset that can implement and track meaningful KPIs to make recommendations based on data
    • Exceptional interpersonal skills and proven leadership driving collaboration and results through cross-functional teams and peers.
