    Projectline is looking for a Business Analyst who can handle the team’s internal and external business metrics while facilitating cross-group and partner collaborations. Within this role, you will have the opportunity to work with some of our biggest clients. We are searching for someone who is open to learning the mechanics and delivery of the company.

    Ideally, you have experience with PowerBi and ROB (Rhythm of the Business) to support the accuracy of partner pipeline. A natural savviness in quickly establishing rapport is helpful to be successful in this role.

     

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • You'll lead Operational Expenses reporting and analysis
    • You will lead executive partner tours and events
    • You'll handle and support partner investments (review, tracking, and processing Purchase Orders)
    • You'll run readiness & work-back planning for various sales related activities
    • You will orchestrate executive reviews
    • You will report on work streams statuses
    • You will collaborate within and across groups to build alignment and execute complex projects
    • You will execute daily registration updates for worldwide event series using multiple data sources to identify account segmentation, industry alignment, and geo (to name a few).
    • You will execute daily program updates and reporting for worldwide 1:1 dedicated program
    • You’ll provide backward looking data insights for monthly business reviews (Plan of Record & Monthly Business Review ).
    • You will research top accounts (strategic named accounts) headquarters and developer centers and compare with current DevOps data.
    • You should be able to identify and manage data to provide analytics (i.e. by Industry, geography, internal role types).
    • You will provide post-event audience and staff statistics for event reports.
    • You are going to handle budget (i.e. informa data pulls), purchase order processing (i.e. MyOrder), and invoicing

    QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related four-year degree
    • 5+ years of Program Manager or Business Manager experience
    • Strong project management skills
    • Previous budgeting experience and understanding of financial fundamentals
    • Self-starter with an enthusiastic personality
    • Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing, ambiguous environment with high transparency
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Impeccable attention to detail
    • MS Office skills including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint
    • Advanced PowerBI: ability to build custom dashboards
    • Advanced Excel: well-versed in pivot tables, v-lookups, and other formulas
    • Strong cross-cultural communication skills & team collaboration (international)
    • Experience with Microsoft systems and internal tools a plus (i.e. Teams, OneNote, Sharepoint, AzureDevOps, etc.)
    • Experience building custom queries in Azure DevOps
    • Solid attention to detail
    • Ability to work under stress and meet deadlines
    • Ability to potentially travel (up to 15-20%)
    • Previous Microsoft experience preferred
