  • Responsibilities

    Projectline is looking for hardworking Program Manager to join our Professional Services division that will be working directly with one of our largest clients! You will work in a multifaceted environment, dealing directly with some of our client’s biggest partners. This role is responsible for the implementation and migration of enterprise websites onto Adobe’s Experience Manager (Sites & Assets). You will find success in this role by using your ability to lead partners and build relationships. We are searching for a candidate with a blend of expertise in analytics, reporting and will project manage and handle critical partner communications and plans and determine solutions to optimize partner processes

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead the project management and the coordination of website onboarding
    • Handle schedules, dependencies, and risks of the migration project
    • Responsible for people accountabilities and supervising the team
    • Work to ensure project delivery by monitoring progress and providing follow-ups
    • Drive Weekly/Monthly cross-team meetings
    • Coordinate consistent documentation for easy discovery
    • Stay committed to program improvement by delivering status communications to Partners
    • Collaborate with internal and external teams to facilitate the coordination of schedules with the implementation team
    • Coordination / work stream management

    Desired Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
    • Minimum of 4 years as a project manager/program manager
    • Tried experience of timely delivery on large projects (30+ people)
    • Experience communicating across numerous partners
    • Experience with CMS deployments for multi-national corporations
    • Positive, can-do approach/demeanor is a plus!
