    Our large Bellevue-based enterprise client is looking for an experienced Program Manager to help customers assess, evaluate, and deploy the right solutions and implementation that will help with their business objectives and goals.

Our large Bellevue-based enterprise client is looking for an experienced Program Manager to help customers assess, evaluate, and deploy the right solutions and implementation that will help with their business objectives and goals. In this role, you will support an online marketplace built for key partners to publish their services and offers. You will be responsible for supporting the demand engine, including content reviews for brand and eligibility compliance, lead flow setup and lead tracking.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • You will directly support partners to publish a consulting offer on the marketplace
    • You will create profiles for partners within the publishing tool for the marketplace
    • You will review all aspects of partner applications and verify the eligibility of the partners to publish offers
    • You will review the offer submitted by the partner, make edits to align with the brand guidelines
    • You will serve as a single point of contact for the partners and help trouble shoot issues in publishing an offer
    • You will track the leads generated via the marketplace, follow up with partners on the lead status
    • You will track and maintain reports on published and live offers, partners, products and region
    • You will respond to all partner and internal emails regarding Consulting Services on the marketplace
    • You will send weekly updates about the progress of Consulting Services on the marketplace
    • You will submit content for the Business Applications Field Newsletter
    • You will coordinate with internal teams to provide regular status updates

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Required 4+ years Program Manager experience
    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
    • Must have experience working with brand guidelines for a large enterprise
    • Must have experience with content management, proof reading, and building marketing materials
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Proficient in MS Office
