    Projectline is looking for a contract Inclusion & Diversity Operations Manager/Strategist to help the team with all up operations and project management! You will be supporting Strategy Innovations and Partnership team that plays a key role in enabling the I&D strategy for our client by owning the needs of various team members and projects, as well as providing a mix of strategic and hands -on support.

    Responsibilities:

    • Drive evolution of the function through building operational processes, structure and supporting tools/resources.
    • Run the rhythm of business (ROB), including staff meetings, reporting, budgeting and financial planning to help the function run efficiently and effectively.
    • Project manage and develop tried change management strategies and plans to support large-scale, sophisticated enterprise change initiatives.
    • Update and maintain project records and status in project database.
    • Build intake process for inquiries coming into the team and serve as primary point of contact.

    Skills Required:

    • Self-starter with strong analytical skills
    • Consistent track record in project and change management
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to translate ideas into clear, high impact communications (e.g. emails, papers, PowerPoint decks);
    • Excellent problem structuring, identification, and resolution
    • Strong attention to detail, passion for critical thinking and problem solving, and ability to deliver rich, business insights to drive business decisions
    • Proven cross-functional project management and leadership skills, leading to positive organizational change
    • Ability to work in a productive, collaborative, and cooperative way with a variety of people
    • Ability to influence across functional teams
    • Ability to maintain good judgment in fast-paced, high-stress environments.
    • Demonstrate discretion and integrity when working with leadership team on sensitive business and interpersonal issues, handle ambiguity, and propose workable solutions to ambitious problems.
    • Work across multiple teams to help connect the moving parts in a very dynamic and fluid environment.
    • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, analytical mind, and problem-solving aptitude
    • Change Management certification or designation preferred

    Basic Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 7 years of strategy, consulting, or business planning experience
    • Bachelor’s Degree or higher
