    Are you a passionate web marketing manager with a love for research? Do you want to work with creative and collaborative teammates? Would you like to add your stellar marketing skills to a team truly dedicated to a better online experience, including click-to-chat? 

    Our client's web experience team is looking for an experienced web marketing manager who will contribute to the growth of their chat program. This position will work closely with business stakeholders to help form the chat strategy for a highly visible web property. This is a consultant role.

    THE TEAM:

    The team has a vision to create world-class websites by inspiring, educating, and supporting customers throughout their online experience. Their charter is to manage and continually optimize and test their worldwide web properties to drive engagement, leads, and trials. They are a fast-paced group with a focus on execution, simplifying anything and everything, and having fun doing it. You will be in the middle of it all, helping to make decisions that impact customer experiences, acquisition funnels, and global web experiences.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • You will research and help drive investment decisions on appropriate opportunities to deploy chat.
    • You'll interact with partners to obtain, clarify, and verify requirements for projects. Define and track success metrics in order to deliver on key chat goals.
    • You will build new chat experiences in close partnership with stakeholders.
    • You'll be the central point of contact to collaborate with engineering to test and continuously improve user experience.
    • You will foster clarity and confidence with internal and agency partners on all chat outputs for our channels.
    • You will track, analyze and report on chat metrics and customer data, share insights from optimization testing and UX research.
    • You'll drive reporting and analysis in partnership with operations and engineering teams.
    • You will extract insightful and impactful takeaways and insights through the effective use of reporting and post-campaign evaluation.
    • You will partner internally to determine the quality of leads derived from chat and strive to continuously improve.
    • You will drive innovation, learning and standard chat methodologies with dedicated thinking and enthusiasm for chat tools.
    • You'll help ensure customer and business data drives all plans, activities, decisions.

    WE WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF:

    • You have mastered key aspects of comprehensive, insightful web strategy for multiple audiences.
    • You possess 5+ years’ experience within a related marketing role
    • You have demonstrated ability to think strategically, execute effectively, work under tight deadline pressure and run multiple projects, in some cases, across multiple time zones and platforms.
    • You have confirmed effectiveness in working within a large company to gain commitment and support for projects and initiatives.
    • You are comfortable running multiple projects simultaneously amid ambiguity and without direction, and to forge partnerships and drive for results at all levels of Microsoft.
    • You possess project management experience in a highly independent, but collaborative environment.
    • You have experience working with reporting and evaluation of digital and social media campaigns.
    • You are a motivated and enthusiastic self-starter who will use insights to formulate positive outcomes.
    • You conduct creative thinking with a keen eye for quality content, a sharp ear for quality communication, and an enquiring mind that is motivated by new approaches and eager to find smarter, better, faster ways of getting things done.
