This contract position is an excellent opportunity to be a key part of one of the largest and most visible technology companies in the world. The right consultant will have deep experience in digital marketing and automation platforms, driving more predictable return on marketing investment through precise campaign execution in Marketo and Salesforce.

    You will need superb communication and meeting facilitation skills, rigorous project management fundamentals, and a deep understanding of industry standard methodologies in content marketing with marketing automation platforms. You should have a real passion for technology, a visionary spirit, a deep understanding of modern marketing tactics and a get it done attitude.

    Responsibilities

    • You will support the Devices and Mobility teams' marketing initiatives.
    • You will have a specific focus on the management of marketing automation platforms execution (Marketo, Salesforce) and CRM updates (Salesforce).
    • You will run implementation, testing, execution and reporting on Marketo-based campaigns for lead management, lead nurturing, lead scoring and lead routing.
    • You will manage upload, enrichment, scoring, and routing of marketing leads.
    • You'll help iterate and optimize campaigns to drive the best possible results.
    • You will contribute to the planning and implementation of trigger-based nurturing programs in collaboration with regional marketing that target all stages of prospect development, from new prospects to engagement to closed opportunities.
    • You will collaborate with sales operations on enhancing and troubleshooting issues with the lead management process and integration with marketing automation platforms.
    • You will ensure the required data is collected at all customer touch points.
    • You will create dashboards and ad hoc campaign performance reports as needed.

    Requirements

    • 3+ years of relevant marketing automation work experience
    • Strong social skills with the ability to review complex business issues, develop recommendations, and exert cross-functional influence
    • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (Marketo, Eloqua, Salesforce, etc.) and data sets
    • Distinctive problem-solving and analytical skills, combined with a strong eye for business and project management ability
    • Ability to influence across the organization and work in a cross-functional, dynamic environment
    • Teammate who is curious, open to new ideas, enjoys brainstorming and collaboration, and a sense of humor.
